Arnold Creek Retreat
Our 2 bedroom, cozy cabin sleeps up to 9 people, is located right off the ATV and snowmobile trails, and is within walking distance from Lake Arbutus & Russell Park (Clark County campground) in Hatfield, Wisconsin. Known for its beautiful lake, fabulous trails, gorgeous sand beaches, and great restaurants - a vacation in Hatfield has something for everyone.
Our Arnold Creek Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware) and a bathroom with shower (and bath towels). The living room includes an electric fireplace, 32" flat screen TV/DVD combo, and a queen sofa sleeper (plus some dvds for those rainy days). The master bedroom contains a queen bed while the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a roll away ready for the kids or extra guests (some fun games under a bunk bed). The cabin also has air conditioning. A large porch allows you to leave your beach, biking, canoeing, fishing, ATV/UTVing, or snowmobiling gear in a safe out-of-the-way area before entering the cabin.

THE PERKS:
You will enjoy the backyard equipped with fire pit (some fire wood included), over-sized picnic table, charcoal grill (charcoal, lighter, and lighter fluid not included), and outdoor furniture. The perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. Sometimes you will even see a deer wondering through the back yard or woods.
Hatfield ATV/UTV trails and snowmobile trails may be accessed directly from the cabin. If you don’t have an ATV, pontoon boat, or jet ski, you can rent one just down the road at Lake Arbutus Motor Sports. Their phone number is 715-333-8600.
Depending upon the season you will enjoy swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, biking, four-wheeling, mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving, hunting, ice fishing, downhill skiing, tubing, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling. Hatfield Sports Shop LLC has fishing bait/supplies and kayak/canoe rentals. Their phone number is 715-333-5009.
Clark County, Jackson County, and Black River State Forest public hunting land are all near Arnold Creek Retreat.
Lake Arbutus is an 840-acre lake with depths up to 50 feet. Two public beaches and 6 boat launches are nearby (one boat launch is only a few hundred feet from the cabin). Lake Arbutus and the Black River are home to walleye, northern pike, channel catfish, muskie, crappie, and large and small mouth bass. There are also several trout streams in the area for brook and brown trout. Lake Arbutus is great for recreational boating as well.
Arnold Creek, which runs into Lake Arbutus, may be accessed directly across Maple Lane or Hwy J.

You will be within 14 miles to Interstate 94 and Black River Falls, 12 miles to Lake Wazee, 15 miles to Neillsville, 3 miles to Levis Mound bike trail, and 6 miles to Bruce Mound winter ski area.
