33' JAYCO QWEST AND 28' AEROLITE CAMPER RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Both campers are NON SMOKING units. Smoking in either camper will result in loss of entire $200 refundable deposit.
2. BEFORE DEPARTURE ENSURE THAT-
- No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- All debris, rubbish and discards are removed from camper and soiled dishes are cleaned.
- No linens or dish towels are lost or damaged.
- Adequately cleaned.
3. PAYMENT – In order to maintain your reservation, payment must be made in full 7 days after placing the reservation. This includes $200 refundable deposit.
4.CANCELLATIONS: any cancellation 31 days or more before delivery date will result in a:
10% charge.
15-30 days = 25%.
7-14 days = 50%.
Within 7 days = 75%.
Cancellation on check in day warrants no refund.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
5. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: $200 deposit is required for any damage or cleaning above ordinary.
This deposit is part of the payment and will be returned as soon as the camper is inspected at home.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests allowed in the Jayco Qwest camper is limited to ten (10) persons. The maximum number of guests allowed in the Aerolite camper is limited to eight (8) persons.
7. BOTH CAMPERS REQUIRE A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. Renter must obtain adequate-sized campsite to park a 33' camper (Jayco Qwest) or 28' camper (Aerolite) along with needed campsite utilities. (Must have electricity. Water and sewer are required for longer stays or depending on how much both water and sewer are used.)
9. WATER AND SEWER-water tank will be full at request and the sewer holding tanks (Jayco Qwest) or tank (Aerolite) will be empty and treated upon delivery. However if water runs out or the sewer holding tanks become full it is the renters responsibility to refill water or have the sewer pumped if needed at stay. Owner will pump sewer holding tanks or tank at departure at no cost to renter.
10. Renter of camper is responsible for all campground fees.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the mentioned policies must be approved in writing advance.
14. WEATHER/ROAD CONDITIONS POLICY - No refunds will be given due to weather or road conditions.
15. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED . ( WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION )
16. RISK – This camper is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while renting the camper. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
17. WEATHER DAMAGE-once awning is opened the renter is responsible for full cost of any damage to awning from drop off to pick up due to wind, water, and hail. And for opened windows and roof vents which cause water damage
18. REFUSAL TO RENT – If any terms of this agreement are broken the guest may be asked to forfeit the camper immediately. Future rental agreements will be refused.

Charcoal/lighter fluid/lighter ( if you would like the charcoal grill )
