JAYCO QWEST CAMPER RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking in camper will result in loss of entire refundable deposit.
2. BEFORE DEPARTURE ENSURE THAT-
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All debris, rubbish and discards are removed from camper an soiled dishes are cleaned.
c. No linens or dish towels are lost or damaged.
3. PAYMENT In order to maintain your reservation, payment must be made in full 5 days after placing the reservation.
4.CANCELLATIONS: any cancellation 31 days or more before delivery date will result in a:
10% charge.
15-30 days = 25%.
7-14 days = 50%.
Within 7 days = 75%.
Cancelling on check in day warrents no refund.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests allowed in camper is limited to ten (10) persons.
6. THIS CAMPER REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
7. Renter must obtain adequate-sized campsite to park a 33' camper along with needed campsite utilities. (Must have electricity. Water and sewer are required for longer stays.)
8. Renter of camper is responsible for all campground fees.
9. If septic needs to be pumped or water needs refilling before departure renter is responsible. (Owner will pump at departure.)
10. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the mentioned policies must be approved in writing advance.
13. WEATHER/ROAD CONDITIONS POLICY - No refunds will be given due to weather or road conditions.
14. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED . ( WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION )
15. RISK This camper is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while renting the camper. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
16. REFUSAL TO RENT If any terms of this agreement are broken the guest may be asked to forfeit the camper immediately. Future rental agreements will be refused.

Pillows
Charcoal/lighter fluid ( if you would like the charcoal grill )
